SHELBY, JUNE 17 -- The funeral of B.F. Brown was held Monday at the M.E. Church.  Mr. Brown was an old resident of Shelby, also a soldier having served in the Mexican and late war.  He was 70 years of age and leaves a widow and four sons to mourn his loss.
